Formed in 2014, Americana duo Dance Attic can charm the boots off even the most grizzly honky-tonker in town. Dressed in cowboy hats and colorful western wear, speed burning guitarist, Jimi Cooper and Accordion whiz, Suzi Ludwig, sing, smile, dance, and kazoo their way into the hearts and feet of their audience. The pair perform a wide variety of music from clever rock covers of bands like the Cars and Blondie to the “(You name it) Polka.” Dance Attic has two albums of original music, a Christmas EP and a children’s book based on their song “Livin’ with a Bear”under its big, silver belt buckle. The most recent alum “Livin’ for Today” was released in 2020 and features the songs “My Little Pink Wazoo”, and “We’re Gettin’ Saucy Tonight.

TRAILER TRASH started at the 24 Bar in the now defunct Berman Buckskin Building in 1992. Moving to Lee’s Liquor Lounge in May, 1993, they held down a regular Wednesday night gig that became a midweek attraction of Minneapolis nightlife. Thanks to the resurgence of classic country music and swing-dancing in the mid-90s, the band gained a following among new generations of music lovers. To this day, TRAILER TRASH is known for playing traditional country music as well as a wide variety of styles from the American hit parade. A typically eclectic set list will span decades and touch the heart of every audience. || RICH MATTSON || Over the course of his long and illustrious musical career sprouting from the same teal backwater as Bob Dylan on northern Minnesota’s Iron Range, Rich Mattson came up in the '80s learning songs from John Denver to Link Wray with a little Elvis Costello and Neil Young tossed into the mix.
